By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Void Noir reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item. Product images are as accurate as possible but colours may vary slightly between devices.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept card payments via Paystack. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Void Noir is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
6. Returns and exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with original tags. We do not offer refunds except where an item is confirmed faulty. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate an exchange.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is the property of Void Noir and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
